Bake Bauernkrapfen at the traditional Freiseder restaurant

Memorable baking – here, everyone can knead dough themselves. The popular Bauernkrapfen, or farmers’ doughnuts, made from yeast dough, are “beaten, laid over the knee” under guidance and filled with apricot jam after they have been baked. They are enjoyed with coffee and mineral water and, of course, the recipe to take home.
