Mural Harbor - Boat Tour and Graffiti Crash course
Currently you can admire 20 large-scale pictures on the facades of old industrial buildings and house walls in the Linz Harbor. 2016 there will be three ways to explore the harbour gallery and try out a spray can:
At the moment there are no tours planned. Groups of at least 10 persons can ask for an individual Mural Walk.
1. MURAL WALK (Guided walking tour & Graffiti Crashcourse)
A walk into the logistic heart of the harbour. A guide takes the group to the graffities. At the end of the tour the visitors can try out a spray can on their own.
2. MURAL BOAT (Guided boat tour & Graffiti Crash course)
Aboard the tugboat MS Eduard is the one best way to cruise through Mural Harbor. Towards the end of the tour the group will spray-paint a harbour wall under professional instructions of course.
3. GRAFFITI WORKSHOP
The day starts with a little bit of theory about the history of graffiti, about art in public spaces and about the boarders of legality. Then a sketch will be drawn with pencil and paper which finally will be realized on a wall.
